All-in-one queue & display platform

Say goodbye to long queues.

QuePilot issues tokens, calls the next person by voice and on-screen, and runs OP queues, pharmacy calling, OT status boards and digital signage — all from one platform.

All-in-one solution

Everything your queue needs, working together.

From the token a patient takes at the door to the number that lights up their counter, QuePilot runs the whole flow in real time.

OP queue management

Designed to streamline patient flow and reduce wait times — from reception and token collection to the consultation room.

Pharmacy calling

Streamline pharmacy operations with intelligent token-based calling — one token for billing, then again for medicine collection.

Informative screens

Modern displays for announcements, schedules and updates — OT status, ICU patient lists, doctor status and baby reveal screens.

Digital signage

Display dynamic content on screens in real time — ads, notices, videos and live updates managed from one central platform.

Reports & analytics

Real-time data on customer flow, wait times and service performance — spot bottlenecks before they build.

Hardware integration

Token dispensers, calling pads, kiosks, Android POS terminals and thermal printers — all connect seamlessly over Wi-Fi and LAN.

OP token — the patient journey

From reception to consultation, without the crowd.

STEP 01

Reception & token

Patients confirm their appointment or register as a walk-in at reception and receive a queue token.

STEP 02

OP waiting area

Patients wait comfortably while live token displays and scrolling info show queue status, announcements and hospital updates.

STEP 03

Get called

When their number is called, the counter display updates and the token is announced by voice.

STEP 04

Doctor consultation

The patient proceeds to the consultation room, where the doctor reviews concerns and recommends next steps.

Pharmacy token

One token, from billing to medicine in hand.

STEP 01

Take a token

Each person takes a number token from the dispenser on arrival at the pharmacy.

STEP 02

Wait for billing

The token number is called and displayed when it's their turn at the billing counter.

STEP 03

Picking

Screens show which tokens are currently being picked, so everyone can track their order.

STEP 04

Collect medicine

The token is called again at the dispensing area when the medicine is ready to collect.

A closer look

Screens built for the way your floor actually runs.

Counter & doctor display

The right number, on the right screen, out loud.

Mount a screen outside every consulting room. It shows the doctor, their availability and the token in progress — and speaks the call so no one misses their turn.

  • Doctor photo, name and live "available / with a patient / away" status
  • Large, glanceable token readable across a corridor

Questions

Good to know before a demo.

No. Patients simply walk up to the kiosk, choose a department and take a token. Nothing to download, no sign-in — it works for everyone, including first-time and elderly visitors.

Yes. Every call is spoken aloud in both Malayalam and English by default. Announcements play through the counter and waiting-room screens as each token is called.

Standard Android TVs work perfectly for displays — no expensive commercial signage TVs required. Add a Wi-Fi token dispenser and calling pads where you need them, and QuePilot also supports thermal printers over USB, LAN or Wi-Fi, and can turn existing Android POS devices into kiosks.

That's what it's built for. Group counters together, forward tokens between them, set daily limits and run many departments at once — all managed from one dashboard.

Both. Run it entirely on your local network for full data control, or let JS InfoLab host it for you. We'll recommend the right fit during the demo.
